TCU’s Educational Leadership program is one of only three in the nation to provide the option to integrate the MBA and the Doctor of Education.
The pass rate for TCU College of Education students on the Texas state certification exams has often reached 100 percent and averages above 97 percent.
TCU is the only university in the nation with two special education laboratory schools — the KinderFrogs School and the Starpoint School.
The college enrolls more than 500 undergraduate and graduate students and boasts 25 faculty members.
The KinderFrogs School at TCU is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Only eight percent of the early educational programs in the nation hold this accreditation.
The Andrews Institute of Mathematics and Science Education provides workshops and programming for hundreds of K-12 teachers and students in the area and around the state.
The Center for Urban Education mentors secondary students at three local high schools aspiring to be educators.
Since joining the European Teacher Education Network, more than 300 College of Education students have participated in the International Student Teaching program.
